I am currently teaching  Hatha Yoga classes……these are perfect for all levels. Hatha Yoga can increase your flexibility, range of motion and strength, and reduce your risk of injuries!

For all you moms-to-be, Yoga is a perfect fit for pregnancy! You don’t need to be a practicing Yogini to reap the benefits of Prenatal Yoga! This practice will help you prepare your body for birth and help you recover afterward! Come and meet other moms-to-be in your Community!
